Terms of service
Booking and deposits
A session is confirmed once we agree on a date and receive your deposit. The deposit secures your slot and is credited toward your final balance. Remaining payment is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Rescheduling
Life happens. Let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will move your session to the next available date at no extra cost. Cancellations inside 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Delivery and editing
Edited images are delivered through a private online gallery, typically within two to three weeks depending on the size of the session. Editing style is our own; you are welcome to flag favourites for extra attention.
Copyright and usage
We retain copyright of the photographs we create. You receive a personal licence to share and print your images. Commercial use, resale, or brand campaigns are arranged separately — just ask.
